Application Tips
Share these tips with your agents when they are going to fill out the eXp Application! It may be helpful to fill out the application with them in person or via Zoom.
My New Agent is Active, Now What?

Make sure your agent knows about their Onboarding options on OnboardwithMarissa.com. It is optional and either the Sponsor or new agent can pay. Onboarding will help agents with a smooth transition and ensure they are fully plugged in with eXp and our Pathway Group resources.

It is important to have your agent create a business plan (this is covered during Onboarding). Check in and make sure they create a business plan and review it with them. There is a business plan training/ template if you login to BuildinUpAgents.com.

Engaging with your new agent is ESSENTIAL! Text or call them once a week and ask “how can I help you?”
Other ways to engage: invite them to the Pathway Group Tuesday meeting, encourage them to get involved with coach’s hours and huddles, inform them about eXp events, etc.
